BGC CONSTRUCTION TO BUILD LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX

BGC Construction has commenced the main works for its latest project – The Precinct, a new luxury apartment complex located in Mount Pleasant.

The project is a collaboration between BGC Construction and local Developers Norup + Wilson, marking the second time the two companies have worked together.

BGC Construction was awarded the contract for the 24-storey, 192 luxury apartment development after a highly effective tender process.

The Precinct will include a variety of luxury modern and high end finishes and features. It will be a smart building, utilising some uniquely Western Australian innovations.

The development has been designed to achieve a 5-star Green Star accreditation through the inclusion of sustainable features and use of innovative technology.

BGC Construction are using energy efficient initiatives for this passive design, including facilities for rainwater harvesting and energy pods on the lifts.

Some of the advanced technologies utilised in the project include E-keys, electric car charging points and remote security access via your phone.

Upon completion, the complex will be home to ten restaurants located on the ground floor, providing future residents with plenty of amenity.

The team at BGC Construction is extremely pleased to be involved in construction of this unique and prestigious development and look forward to seeing The Precinct come to life. The project is expected to reach completion Construction in March 2020.
