Komatsu’s massive parts distribution centre at Welshpool is all but complete, and is a tribute to a level of co-operation between Owner and Contractor in which we strive to achieve in all projects. Challenges have been faced, discussed and resolved as if between colleagues, not commercial adversaries, and the result for BGC is one that both parties will remember for a long time!
